Beds are where leaves pile deepest and where most crews stop. They get cleared out too, which is the difference between a tidy yard and a yard that looks tidy from the street.
Every hard surface
Driveway, sidewalks and patio blown clean. Wet leaves on concrete stain it and turn slick once it freezes.
Sticks and debris
Small stick and seasonal debris pickup is part of the job, not an extra. Anything that came down with the leaves goes with them.

How much does fall cleanup cost?
It is priced by property size: $125 for a small city lot under 1/8 acre, $175 for a typical neighborhood property, $250 for a larger lawn or heavier leaf volume, and from $350 for a property up to an acre. You get the tier confirmed in writing before we start.
What if my property has a lot of trees?
Heavily wooded properties, or yards with several seasons of buildup, carry a $50 heavy leaf volume add-on. We tell you if it applies when we review the property, not after the work is done.
When is the right time to book?
Most Cedar Valley properties want their cleanup once the bulk of the leaves are down, usually late October into November. Booking early matters more than picking a date: the window is short and it fills.
Do you do more than one visit?
A single cleanup after the leaves are down suits most properties. If your trees drop over a long stretch, or the yard is under mature oaks that hold on late, a second visit can be scheduled and is quoted on the same tiers.
Can you cut the grass at the same time?
Yes. A final mow, string trim and blow-down after the cleanup is a $45 add-on. It is the right way to put a lawn into winter, and it is cheaper bundled with the cleanup than as a separate visit.
Where do the leaves go?
They leave with us. Removal and disposal are part of the cleanup price, so nothing is bagged and left at the kerb for you to deal with.
