The path from the drive to your front door is cleared as standard, steps included. It is the part most people trip on and the part most contractors skip.

We settle the depth that brings us out before the season starts, so nobody has to call and nobody argues about whether a given snowfall counted.
Ice melt on request
Applied on walks and steps where you want it, in the amount the surface actually needs. Over-application damages concrete and kills the grass beside it.

Deeper snow is a longer job and harder on equipment, so it is banded rather than absorbed into a higher base price that everyone pays on every light snowfall.

How snow pricing works: the tier is set by driveway size and the standard front walk is included. The depth band is read off the storm, and the trigger depth that brings us out without a phone call is agreed in writing before the season starts.

What depth of snow brings you out?
We agree a trigger depth with you before the season starts. Two inches is the usual residential trigger. Once snowfall reaches that depth we come out automatically, without you needing to call.
How quickly will my driveway be cleared?
We work through the route as the snow ends. In a long or heavy storm we may make more than one pass so nobody is buried for the whole event. Booking before the season starts is what secures your place on the route.
Do you clear during the storm or after it?
For most residential snowfalls we clear once the snow has stopped, which avoids clearing the same driveway three times. For heavy or long-running storms we make interim passes to keep driveways usable.
How much does snow removal cost?
It is priced per storm by driveway size: $50 for a single-car drive plus front walk, $65 for a typical two-car drive, $80 for a long two-car or three-car drive, and from $100 for anything larger. The base price covers snowfall up to 6 inches; 6 to 10 inches is 25% more and 10 to 15 inches is 50% more. Over 15 inches, or significant drifting, is quoted.
Do you damage the driveway or lawn?
Marking the driveway edges before the season is the single best protection, and we ask every customer to do it. We work to the marked edges, keep equipment off turf where we can, and stack snow away from walkways and sight lines.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most snow clearing happens early in the morning or overnight. Just make sure vehicles are off the drive where possible and anything that should not get plowed is moved or marked.
Can I use you for snow only?
Yes. Snow removal does not require a mowing plan. Customers who use us for both get the convenience of one company, one contact and one set of standards all year.
When do you start and finish for the season?
Our snow season runs roughly November through March, and it follows the weather rather than the calendar. Get on the route in the autumn, before the first plowable snow.
